The above entry forms are all fillable forms. This means you may type the information directly on them, print them out and take them to the races with you. To minimize confusion due to illegible entry forms, we recommend you use them for your sign up at each round. It will save you time at sign ups and help us have accurate and legible information for our sign up crews.
The Minor release form must be printed out in color and completed by hand.
